Like all other sports, an NFL team is comprised mainly of two divisions of play-offence and defense. Baltimore Ravens already had skyrocketing potential as a team before, and their defense was also noteworthy. This season they made some significant changes bringing in the likes of Justin Houston, which will surely help strengthen their team defense for the next season even more.

San Francisco 49ers have been performing splendidly since 2019 and have put out good performances consistently. Their defense was already one of the most for the past few seasons, but joining a new defensive coordinator in the team may spice things up even more for the next season to come.

Even though Cleveland Browns were a little weak for the last few seasons, they are starting to come back strong after rearranging their lineup a little. Washington Football Team is one of those outstanding teams, but they are slowly making a formidable defensive line with additions to the team this season. Extras such as Jamin Davis and William Jackson III are sure to make their defense even stronger than before for this season.

The Steelers had one of the highest-pressure rates last seasons as their defense was almost unbreakable. This season they hope to improve their numbers further as the team improves well in all their preseason games. They also have a few more signings in mind if their other players cannot stay healthy or get injured, which shows they are leaving no room for disaster for the next season.
Tampa Bay Buccaneers
Even though their defence comprised mostly of rookies last season, their reason was still among the best, showing how much potential and chemistry they have between them as a team. With players like Tom Brady leading, it would be no surprise to continue their reign as champions again this season.
Denver Broncos
If having one of the best cornerbacks, Bryce Callahan, in their team is not enough, Denver Broncos are ready to make changes in the areas they need and are slowly making on the most impregnable defences of this season. They have already signed the likes of Kyle Fuller and Ronald Darby, while returning members such as Von Miller and Bradley Chubb will surely make the Broncos a force to be reckoned with this year.
Los Angeles Rams
Last season, Los Angeles had undoubtedly the best defense among all the other teams. Having the likes of Aaron Donald in the squad surely boosts the team’s morale and defensive capabilities. Their defense can change their playstyle, making other groups think out different strategies to attack, showing how formidable they are as a team. However, it looks like the team’s defense may be going through a sour patch because rookies and new players are playing most matches. Nevertheless, it still seems that Los Angeles Rams will be one the best teams to watch this season.
